End of week 4

Ok, so not quite - still have today and tomorrow to go in week 4. Haven't updated in a week cuz...nothing is happening. I weigh precisely as much as I did at the end of week 2 (179.2 lbs with 32% body fat). Hoorah for zero progress. I started the entire program at 178.8 lbs with 34% body fat, so...pretty much no progress in the program at all so far. How motivational!

I have lost 3/4" on my waist, 1" on my hips, and 0.5" on my thighs, not that you can tell by looking at me (nor can I tell by the way my clothes fit). So...kinda a success, I suppose.

I've worked very hard at cardio this week. I did 450-500 calories on cardio every day this week, so I sure better be at 178.2 by the end of week 5! (500 cals * 7 days = 3500 cals = 1 pound.) I also have not very much enjoyed the gym this week. Not when I start, not partway through, not when I'm done. It's all very unenjoyable. I'm not entirely sure why. Maybe it's the hard work with the lack of progress, who knows.

Last night I somehow screwed up my right leg, and I could barely walk at night. I did moderate cardio on elliptical for 45 mins (it was actually easier than walking). I'm not sure how that happened, it was fine earlier in the day and it appears to be fine today now, but that was scary. I'll post a progress photo that I take tomorrow morning, if I remember to take it.

Hey! I wouldn't say that you have zero progress - your body fat % went down, and your weight gainage I'd attribute to the beefing of muscles. Plus you mentioned a shirt that fitted you better several posts ago.
