Stats and photo for week 4


I think I look better than I did at the end of week 2, even though the numbers aren't moving so much. Here are my stats as of this morning:
            • Weight: 178.4 lbs (-0.4 lbs)
            • Body fat: 34% (-0%)
Those comparisons are to my starting weight and body fat. Now last night it told me I weighed 178.4 lbs with 31% body fat - so I don't really believe that 34%. I'll try again later today and see what I get.

My cheat meal last night SUCKED. So unbelievably disappointing. I don't think I even ate half of it, and then I wanted to puke for a few hours (didn't happen). I went to Chipotle for my standard delicious burrito-ey goodness cheat meal. They were out of steak, my usual meat choice. I had had chicken the very first time I went to Chipotle, so I figured I would have that now. Too bad I didn't remember that I did not like that burrito. As it turned out, the chicken was DARK MEAT. Not a big deal for some, but I DESPISE dark meat of any kind (and the part where dark meat isn't so healthy). How that is the "full of flavor" section is beyond me. I feel sickened anytime I taste dark meat. I tried to pick it out of my burrito and salvage the rest, but all was lost. The chicken taste had infected everything. Disgusting. It left me with a feeling of "man are cheat meals bad for you" and I didn't really want to do them again. Except I freaking love Chipotle, if they do it right. So I will be there next week. But if there's no steak, I'm getting a veggie burrito.
