Food journal, day 2

Ok, after yesterday's strikingly low caloric intake, I'm making an effort to eat more today. I did actually have 1.5 scoops of protein shake last night and a granola bar, to stuff in some more calories - didn't make me feel any better though. I felt weak as all hell after dinner. Here's hoping today goes better.

  • 9 am
    • protein shake, 120 cals, 3 g fat, 3 g carbs, 23 g protein
    • 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 70 cals, 0.5 g fat, 14 g carbs
    • 1 peanut sweet-n-salty bar, 140 cals, 19 g carbs
  • 11 am
    • 1 packet of plain oatmeal, 110 cals, 2 g fat, 19 g carbs, 4 g protein
  • 12:30 pm
    • 1 chicken breast
    • 1/2 cup zucchini and squash
    • 4 teeny tiny peruvian potatoes
  • 3:30 pm
    • 1/2 whole wheat bagel
    • 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
    • protein shake
  • 7:45 pm
    • 1 Dannon light-n-fit yogurt
    • 1 slice of whole wheat bread
    • protein shake
Fell asleep on the couch at 8:30 so I didn't get a "real" dinner. Oops! I'll put in the calories/other nutrition facts sometime later today or tomorrow. I think I did a better job than yesterday, though.
