Week 5 stats

New stats today! Ones that reflect my success! Finally, some numbers to go along with the improvement I'm seeing in the way my clothes fit.
  • Weight: 176.8 lbs (-2 lbs)
  • Body fat: 33% (-1%)
With only a few days left in April, it doesn't look like I'm going to reach my goal of 175 lbs. But that's OK - I'm making noticeable progress, and that's what counts. At the end of April I'll check my stats and re-evaluate my goal for May. I'll post a photo at the end of week 6, and continue to post progress pics every 2 weeks, with a stats update every week.
